Liz Harroun

Liz is the content manager for Land to Market, helping spread the word about land regeneration through compelling storytelling and visuals. Her passion for regenerative agriculture began when she had to transition from a vegetarian to an omnivorous diet for health reasons. When she reintroduced meat back into her diet and learned about how, by choosing regeneratively raised meat, her decision to do so didn’t have to be detrimental to the planet, she was intrigued. She went on to help launch regenerative products for EPIC Provisions and then Vital Farms and now enjoys creating content to tell the stories of mission-based brands.

A Texas native and University of Texas grad, she resides in Austin with her partner, where they enjoy riding bikes and hiking with their dog.
