Application Information: When you submit a Land to Market Verification Program Application, you provide us with the following categories of information: your business contact information (business name and point of contact, mailing address, phone number, email), information about your operation (current and past Land to Market certificates, operation location(s) and size, transportation, and other logistics), and information about your animals (type, number, health, care and management, feed, housing) and slaughterhouse information (if applicable).
Information we receive from other Land to Market Verification Program participants: Land to Market Verification Program participants who are in the same supply network as you may provide us with your business contact information, including business name, address, and phone number, in connection with Land to Market Verification Program requirements, which gives us information on your production supply chain.
Information we receive from verifiers and auditors: When you participate in the Land to Market Verification Program, we collect information about your audit and your Verification from our third-party auditors and verifiers. We collect the following information: your Land to Market certificate and audit report, animal assessment information, label claim approvals (where applicable), location and chain-of-custody information, and contact information.
Order Information: We use the Order Information that we collect generally to process any donations placed through the Site (including processing your payment information and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:
Device Information: We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
