Lorentz Meats is a full-service niche meat processor located in Cannon Falls, MN. With over 50 years of experience, Lorentz provides slaughter, fabrication, grind, sausage-making, RTE production, and specialty packaging for local, regional, and national branded programs. We handle only special claims (organic, grass-fed, heritage breed, etc.) and are therefore a perfect supply chain partner for Land to Market.

Lorentz Meats will slaughter and fabricate beef and bison. For further processing, we will work with any protein. We specialize in retail-ready products and have a knowledge base able to assist with product development, label approval, and packaging design that is both consumer and production friendly. We are an SQF certified facility, opening doors to just about any retailer. We are also expanding our product list of other edible and non-edible parts of the carcass (tendons, hides, organs, etc.).
