Hickory Nut Gap is a production farm, butcher shop, and Savory Hub as well as an aggregator of regenerative cattle and hogs sold under the Hickory Nut Gap brand. Hickory Nut Gap's mission is to build community through agriculture and envisions a food system that is good for the land, good for farmers, and good for the communities that we do business.    

Hickory Nut Gap's founders are fourth generation family farmers Jamie and Amy Ager.
